Engineering Approaches to the Study of Biomedical Problems

We are a young lab in the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, Mork Family Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science. The lab is located on the fifth floor of RTH building. Our research focuses on: the development of novel methods for targeting viral vectors to infect specific tissues, organs or cell types; T cell receptor engineering for cancer immunotherapy; stem cell engineering for adoptive cell therapy. Our research uses a broad range of tools, such as molecular biology, cellular biology, protein engineering, chemistry, and engineering design, to address biomedical related problems.
